Refund policy

VictoryBuy really appreciates our customers, so in the unlikely event there is a problem we will always be here to help.

Returns:
All returns require pre-authorization. Damaged or defective items may be returned for exchange or account credit. Purchases from VictoryBuy.net may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt with a 15% restocking fee. To request pre-authorization, send an email with your order number and reason for return to wholesale@victorybuy.net.

Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Customer is not responsible for return shipping costs for items that are defective or damaged during shipping that are replaced.

Refunds:
We'll process a full refund for your order within 3 business days of receiving your return.
